No funciono bien tuve que comprar una física , con suerte había una máquina expendedora de tarjetas en el aeropuerto

Dei o mail mal por engano tentei informar ao qual me disseram que nada poderiam fazer quando estav de ferias ja ha 3dias é que me liberarao o cartão perdi 3 dias quando só tive de ferias 5

El proveedor te dio soporte ante esta incidencia y te confirmó que la tarjeta estaba activada. Tras esta conversación, no volviste a comunicarte con el equipo local, por lo que dieron por hecho que habías podido disfrutar del servicio. Sentimos si no fue así.
