Mala experiencia, con reserva nos hicieron esperar mucho,además no reconocían mi reserva incluso enseñando el bono, no sé enteraran de nada !!! No repetiría!!

Primero nos dijeron que no teníamos reserva que debiamos esperar 30 minutos luego tras esperar 10 minutos insistiendo mucho volvimos a preguntar enseñando nuestra reserva con el pago ya hecho y mostrándoles que era sin cola. Entonces nos comenta que si,que podíamos comer puesto que ya lo habíamos pagado pero que teníamos que esperar igualmente el tiempo que nos había dicho en un principio. También nos hizo enviarle a su correo la reserva porque no tenía constancia de ella.

First they told us that we did not have a reservation that we had to wait 30 minutes, then after waiting 10 minutes, insisting a lot, we asked again, showing our reservation with the payment already made and showing them that it was without a queue. Then he tells us that yes, that we could eat since we had already paid for it but that we also had to wait for the time that he had told us at the beginning.
