La guía Paola, puertorriqueña majisima!!! El tour en sí lo he visto un poco cojo y demasiado enfocado a Friends y Harry Potter. Me esperaba más contenidos de más pelis xq lo de Friends lo tienen demasiado trillado!!! Y respecto a las instalaciones son una pasada. Ha estado entretenido!!!

El tour es un poco decpecionante. Se queda corto con un vídeo de unos 10 min en un pequeño cine y luego un recorrido por los exteriores. Los primeros 15 min merecen la pena ya que ves decorados, recreaciones de una calle, una plaza, ... pero el resto del tour es ir paseando en el carrito por diferentes stages viéndolos por fuera. ¿Y el stage 48? Una foto rápida en el sillón de Friends (que te cobran a 28€) y una tienda con algo de recreación de los apartamentos. Siendo la WB, esperaba más.

The tour is a bit disappointing. It falls short with a video of about 10 minutes in a small cinema and then a tour of the exteriors. The first 15 minutes are worth it as you see sets, recreations of a street, a square, ... but the rest of the tour is just riding around in the cart through different stages seeing them from the outside. And stage 48? A quick photo on the Friends chair (which costs 28€) and a shop with some recreation of the apartments. Being the WB, I expected more.

Vi avrei contattati per un chiarimento. Ho prenotato questo tour dopo che telefonicamente voi mi avete assicurato che avrei trovato una zona dedicata a Barbie, vedendo i vestiti indossati sul set. Ho prenotato questo tour per mia figlia che ci teneva molto a vedere qualcosa inerente al film di Barbie e stamattina ci siamo trovati questa amara sorpresa: di Barbie non c’era assolutamente nulla.. Ma quando date le informazioni vi documentate prima?

La organización por parte de Civitatis nos ha defraudado. Siempre reservamos por esta vía, así que deberíais informar que al llegar a la puerta debes buscarte la vida para realizar el tour; lo único que facilitáis es el nombre de la reserva a la persona de la entrada; ni un cartel con un guía de Civitatis, ni un tour leader como en vuestras excursiones. Debemos entrar por el detector de metales y dar un nombre en mostrador, para que el.personal de Warner nos redirija a la zona de españoles.
